1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ZapCoach you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What ZapCoach is
ZapCoach is an AI-assisted daily coaching service delivered via Telegram and the web. It provides general fitness, nutrition, and habit guidance.
3. Not medical, dietary, or psychological advice
ZapCoach is not a doctor, dietitian, psychologist, or qualified health professional. Content generated by ZapCoach — including calorie targets, training plans, and replies — is general information, not personalised medical advice.
Always consult a qualified health professional before starting any diet, exercise, or behaviour-change program, especially if you are pregnant, under 18, have a medical condition, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating. You use ZapCoach at your own risk.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
5. Your account
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information — false or misleading data can produce harmful coaching output.
6. Payments and refunds
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are at our discretion and not guaranteed except where required by law (in Australia: the Australian Consumer Law).
7. Acceptable use
Don't use ZapCoach to: harm yourself or others, attempt to bypass safety controls, share illegal content, scrape or resell the service, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
8. AI output
Replies are generated by large language models and may be incorrect, incomplete, or out-of-date. Do not rely on them for safety-critical decisions. Don't share personal data about other people without their consent.
9. Intellectual property
We own the ZapCoach brand, website, and software. You keep ownership of the content you submit; you grant us a licence to process it to deliver the service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZapCoach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or for any health, physical, psychological, or financial outcome arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
11. Termination
You may delete your account anytime from the account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or non-payment.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of NSW have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
