ZapCoach started in a ute on a job site. I'm 23, a carpenter from Australia, and an athlete. I wanted a real coach - someone who'd text me every morning, tell me exactly what to do, and hold me to it.
The quotes came back: $300, $500, $800 a month. So I built my own. Then mates started asking for it. Then their mates.
ZapCoach is what came out of that. Daily coaching that costs less than your weekly coffee budget. Built from scratch. No agency, no investors, no marketing fluff. Just a tool I wish existed.
